Recently, the list of selected works for the 2024National Achievements LibraryofPhilosophy and Social Scienceshas been officially announced.TheResearch on Yan Fu's Philosophical Thoughtssubmitted by Wei Yixia, the professor from the School of Philosophy at Heilongjiang University,isthe only selected achievement amonguniversities in Heilongjiang Provinceinthis year.

So far, Heilongjiang University has had a total of 5 results selected for theNational Achievements LibraryofPhilosophy and Social Sciences, accounting for five-sixths of the total in the province.

TheNational Achievements LibraryofPhilosophy and Social Sciencesreflects thepractical andtheoretical innovationof socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. It represents the forefront of currentresearch onphilosophical and social science and the highest standard of academic works that are landmark achievements in related academic fields.In addition, it fully plays the exemplary and leading role of outstandingachievements and excellent talents on philosophy and social sciences to encourage a wide range of experts and scholars to publish more high-quality academic works and promote the construction of disciplinary, academic, and discourse systems. Moreover, theLibraryaccelerates the construction of China’s independent knowledge system and philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics.

Recipient of the National Talent Title, Chief Expert of Major Bidding Projects of the National Social Science Fund, Expert with Special Government Allowance from the State Council, one of the first batch of "SixCategories of Talents" in Heilongjiang Province, Specially-Appointed Professor of "Longjiang Scholar", and one of the first batch of Second-Level Professors in Heilongjiang Province in 2014.

Awarded honorarytitles such as Heilongjiang Provincial Teaching Master, Heilongjiang Provincial Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Expert, Heilongjiang Provincial Excellent Communist Party Member, Heilongjiang Provincial "Female Pioneer", Heilongjiang ProvincialModel Worker, Heilongjiang Provincial "Most BeautifulTeachingGardener", Heilongjiang Provincial Advanced Individual in Teacher Ethics, and "Good Person in Longjiang".

Professor Wei Yixia has hosted over 20 research projects, including the National Social Science Fund, Humanities and Social Sciences Projects of the Ministry of Education, and Heilongjiang Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Research Planning Projects, as well as other research projects established by the Provincial Education Department.

Her research achievements have won thethird prize at the 8th Scientific Research Achievement Awards of the Ministry of Education and 8 Heilongjiang Provincial Social Science Excellent Achievement Awards.

She has independently published 30 academic works with a total word count exceeding 10 million words in publishers such as People's Publishing House, Sanlian Bookstore, Zhonghua Bookstore, Commercial Press, China Social Sciences Press, and China Social Sciences Literature Press.

About 200academic papers have been included in A&HCI and CSSCI,among whichover 30 have been fully reprinted inXinhua Digest,Chinese Social Sciences Digest,Academic Digest of Humanities and Social Sciences in Colleges and Universities, andRenmin University of China Printing and Copying Materials.
