Innovation and Entrepreneurship Integration Developing New Quality Productive Forces Conference of Heilongjiang University......was held in the school gymnasium, on the morning of September 21. Nearly 500 people attended the conference, including correlated responsiblecomrades from relevantprovincialdepartments and bureaus,relevantresponsiblecomrades from co-organizers, leaders from all levels ofChamber of Commerceorganizations, presidents of local alumni associations of the university, representatives of entrepreneurs, school leaders, relevant functional departments, and heads of variousschools. At the meeting, theparticipants watched thepromotional videos of Heilongjiang University and the exhibition of scientific and technological achievements of Heilongjiang University together.

Chi Baoxu, Secretary of the Party Committee of the university,delivered a speech that the university will take this conference as an opportunity to seek cooperation and development with local governments, high-quality enterprises and research institutesin a more open attitude, pragmatic style and powerful initiatives.

Liu Aili, a first-class inspector of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, hopes that bothparties will take this meeting as an opportunity to work hand in hand, achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, so as topromote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and vigorously develop new quality productive forces

Cheng Shuang, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Education, expressed in his speech that he hopes both schools and enterprises can take this opportunity to promote scientific and technological innovation achievements in universities, achieve a the triple jump from scientific research, experimental development to popularization and application, and help develop new quality productive forces according to local conditions.

Gao Zhanyu, Deputy Director of the Provincial Intellectual Property Office, hopes that all innovation entities and service institutions can fully play their roles, effectively solve the“dilemma” of difficult patent conversion and enterprise technology acquisition, and make new contributions to the high-quality development of Heilongjiang Province.

When presiding over the meeting, President Wang Jingbo said that he hoped that both the school and the enterprise wouldadhere to the concept of "seeking truth and pragmatism, win-win cooperation", and continue to shape new advantages and inject new momentum into high-quality development under the guidance of new quality productivity.

At the meeting, the unveiling ceremony of the Center for the Cooperation and Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in the Development of New Productive Forces of Heilongjiang University was held.

At the series of signing ceremonies, the school signed strategic cooperation agreements with business guidance units and industry associations such as the Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the Provincial Enterprise Confederation, the Provincial Association of Women Entrepreneurs, the Provincial Enterprise Development Promotion Association, and Loong General Chamber of Commerce (business associations related to Heilongjiang merchants) across the country, and signed contracts with nearly 40 enterprises in six development directions, including artificial intelligence, new energy and new materials, functional food and future biology, smart agriculture, intelligent control and sensors, and creative design.

Subsequently, the conference held the release ceremony of the Research Report on the Development of New Quality Productivity of Heilongjiang University.
